PAVA Services
The PAVA program provides the following services:
- informs people with disabilities of their voting rights and provides them with accessible voter information authored by the League of Women Voters of New Jersey;
- provides people with disabilities with the opportunity to register to vote;
- provides training and education programs to increase informed voting by people with disabilities living in institutional settings and in the community; and,
- ensures that people with disabilities, regardless of disability, have the opportunity to vote by having attorneys available in every county on Election Day to provide legal representation and technical assistance.
Who is eligible for PAVA Services?
PAVA services are available to individuals with a disability.
